Max and Wolf were happy to model their new collars, courtesy of Fashion-Hound! They have many different collars and leashes to choose from, and get this...you can design your own! The workmanship and colors are fantastic...and the owners are wonderfully helpful! Check them out :-)
Max is seen here modeling the lovely Christmas themed collar, and Wolf is wearing an awesome purple/green combo!

Natura Pet Products: The healthiest pet food in the world
If you haven't heard already (who couldn't!?) there's a big pet food recall going on. I thought I'd share information about my favorite pet food, which has not been affected by the recall.
When I went shopping for dog food, I needed two things: a brand that I was comfortable with AND the dogs had to like; which seemed like an impossible combination. Then I discovered Innova dry dog food, made by Natura Pet Products, that is available in regular and large dog-sized bites. My dogs LOVE it! Natura also makes biscuits called HealthBars that, I swear, have doggie crack mixed in it!
The best thing about Natura, is that they only use US Suppiers. From what I hear, the pet food that has been recalled seems to be originating from foreign countries. The culprit is wheat gluten; what I've heard is that arsenic was put into the wheat fields to kill rodents. Unfortunately, the poison also got into the wheat.
For more information on the recent pet food recalls, please visit the following links:
- Foods that have NOT been recalled and are SAFE to use
- Recall facts about the recall
- Latest Del Monte recall
"As a precautionary measure, Del Monte Pet Products is voluntarily recalling select product codes of its pet treat products sold under the Jerky Treats, Gravy Train Beef Sticks and Pounce Meaty Morsels brands as well as select dog snack and wet dog food products sold under private label brands."
Do be careful what you feed your pets. I know that the dogs and cats I had as a kid got supermarket pet food, but perhaps the things that go in pet food today didn't go in back then.

My kitty needs a My Doggie Blankee for Christmas!
OMG, I am so in love with My Blankee Blankee's for babies. They are the softest, prettiest and cutest things. I love 'em, I could get a big one for me but they cost an arm and a leg. I have no problem spending the coin for others but for myself, I am totally frugal! Enough said!well I was cruising there site because I scored a My Blankee for my nephew for $15 at TJ Maxx so I had to run to the site to see what it was selling for. I am proud to report that I saved $51, top that! HAHA
So I was looking and came across the My Doggie Blankee stuff or in my case, it would be used on my new kitty. Again, I'll spend the coin on the kitty without batting an eyelash, unless a cute guy was watching then maybe I wouldn't. So I am proud to report these are super cute and your doggie & my kitty can totally rock these. If you look at the press kit, you'll see some of the celebs that scored theirs for free! No fair!
My Doggie Animal Print Sweater in pink & black zebra $20-30
My Blankee Blankets $31-154
