Stay stylishly warm this fall

Go nuts for nuts

Most people will tell you that I'm a little nutty. Nuts about nuts, they mean. I eat them every day.

I actually just started with a trainer at the gym and she's included them as part of my nutritional plan. Every day I count out and eat 28 almonds.

I recently tried oven-baked Snacktrition Calcuim Sea Salt Almonds and they are fabulous and so much better than regular the typical oil-baked ones I typically buy. Even better? Calcium and fiber are baked into the almonds, making it much easier to achieve my recommended daily requirements.

But when I really want to treat myself, I grab the Snacktrition Calcium and Fiber Fruit & Nut Mix. It's super yummy!
