FREE GIVEAWAY! Bossa Nova: The Official Superfruit juice
I don't know what an acai is, nor do I know how to pronounce it. Well, I didn't until I happened upon Bossa Nova.
What is açai? Açai (ah-sci-ee) is a rainforest berry - a small, dark purple fruit that grows on palm trees on the floodplains of the Amazon basin. Recent scientific study has earned it the enviable title of “world’s healthiest fruit” in part, because it is likely to be the world’s highest antioxidant fruit.Well, we all know that antioxidants are great (you know, the stuff that helps to inhibit premature aging,heart disease, cancer and Alzheimer disease by neutralizing free radicals?).
And this stuff is full of it. So it's good for you. But it also tastes great. The blueberry is my favorite. Check 'em out - you can find them in most grocery stores (I've seen them in Hannaford) or visit the Bossa Nova website for a list of retailers near you.
