Catch Phone Offenders with These Cell Citation Pads
Don't we all know someone with annoying cell phone habits? The person who's a non-stop talker, or has a ring that sounds like a psychadelic rock concert? Everyone will thank you when you hand the perpetrator one of these "Cell Citations," a ticket that lets that certain someone know exactly what is so bothersome about their incessant ring-a-ding-dings. Even if you don't have the guts to act as cell police, you can still get a good laugh out of these, and maybe even catch yourself in an offense or two!
